Each day this month, I am going to be sharing with you my goals for the New Year. I have some really fun goals lined up; I am excited for fresh beginnings.
This year, I am going to give myself a new challenge each month. Each challenge will be centered on healthy living.
The challenge for January is no desserts! That's right, absolutely no desserts! I figure I can stand to go a month without desserts since I had about three month's worth in December.
So this month, when friends come over, we are going to be eating fruit instead of dessert. Instead of making the hubby a fresh batch of brownies, we are going to be eating some popcorn.
