We have an elliptical machine in our house and I LOVE it. As you can see, I get to workout any time of day, and in any kind of outfit. (Aren't my slippers super fashionable?)
I wish we lived in a place where we could take hikes; I miss my hiking days from Seattle.
My workout goal for this year is to use the elliptical at least 3x a week (although many times, it is more than that).
I would like to get back into running. I'm having a really hard time getting motivated, though, when it is freezing degrees outside.
I have struggled in the past with body image, I know that is an issue that plagues most women. Still, I want to remain fit. For myself, for my husband, for health reasons.

Did you know that keeping yourself fit is also an act of respect to your husband? That thought just blew my mind. I want to respect my man, he deserves so much of my admiration. What an easy way to show it, by keeping myself in shape.
